About the Role:
The Corporate Communications Manager – Executive Communications is responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact communications for Sitecore’s executive leadership team. This role is part of an integrated communications system alongside dedicated Internal and External Communications leads, ensuring alignment across all channels. The position focuses on amplifying Sitecore’s story through leadership voices— covering digital experience, AI, marketing, and other strategic themes—across internal and external platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Messaging & Content: Own development of speeches, op-eds, social content, event narratives, and leadership briefings that reflect Sitecore’s strategy and guiding principles.
Integrated Partnership: Partner closely with Internal and External Communications leads to ensure executive narratives are aligned and integrated across all channels.
Thought Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, Product, and the Executive Team to shape and execute thought leadership programs that position Sitecore as a category leader.
Event & Platform Support: Help manage executive presence at key events, including speaking engagements, media opportunities, and internal forums.
Content Calendar & Governance: Maintain an executive communications calendar tied to OKRs and quarterly priorities; track performance and impact metrics.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring communications advance business objectives and reinforce Sitecore’s brand voice.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 10+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or related fields; technology industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for senior executives across multiple formats (written, visual, spoken).
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and strategic impact.
- Experience managing high-profile projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Increased executive visibility and engagement across internal and external platforms.
- Consistent alignment of executive communications with Sitecore’s OKRs and guiding principles.
- Positive feedback from executive stakeholders and measurable impact on thought leadership initiatives.

Compensation range for this role is a base salary of $110k to $122k plus a 15% bonus structure.
